I would write 0 stars if possible. Research multiple reviews on the internet prior to purchasing a Toshiba TV. I thought I was buying a quality product. They say 10 years for the product life, it is more like 18 mo. Just enough to get the product out of warranty. We took care of ours with regular cleaning, had it securely attached to the wall and plugged into a high end surge protector. Picture went out right on 18 month anniversary and they want to charge us $189.99 to repair a TV bought for $250 on sale? No offers for a discount, nothing to persuade us to even remain Toshiba customers, poor customer retention strategy Toshiba.

Bought this tv/dvd for our travel trailer. Everytime the air conditioner came on we could not hear the TV even though it was at the highest volume. Thank goodness we bought at Costco, the took it back with no problem and gave us a full refund.
